Mediterraneo Hotel - Hersonissos (Crete)

The food selection was decent, but the air conditioning barely worked in our room.

We were in a lovely and incredible location relatively near Hersonissos Horseriding.

Had a very nice stay during the easter holidays, glad I've chosen it. Had perfect and incredible location in a quiet area. Moreover, it's just next door to a beautiful island and good food, restaurant's, nice walks and plenty...

Our room was a disaster. The air conditioning barely worked. The bathroom had a dreadful stench, and the toilet was stained, unacceptable. During peak hours, the restaurant became chaotic and overcrowded.

great location , but limited drink options

The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. We appreciated the food variety, especially the healthy options available for all dietary needs, such as gluten-free selections. The pools were well-maintained, with comfortable areas to relax...  

Suitable for family vacations

The pool areas were nice, perfect for cooling off after spending time in the sun. Our room had a lovely view of the sea, made it all worth it if you ask me.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still tolerable for a family trip.

the room setup was a bit tricky with all the stairs, but the food was great, always different meals, and the staff were super friendly! ! loved the pools too, lots of sunbeds available!

can just recommend for a short layover

Clean room, friendly staff, with easy access to local transport just a three-minute walk away that makes exploring convenient. The pools were well-maintained and the variety of food catered to different dietary needs, ensuring everyone can enjoy...  

The location is ideal, just across from the beach. The staff are helpful, providing attentive service during meals and at the bar, which adds to the family-friendly atmosphere. The all-inclusive drink selection stops too early, and kids were disappointed when they were refused certain mixers. While the pools were clean, the condition of several sunbeds was less than satisfactory.

This is what you're really getting

Expect a nice location just across from the beach and a decent selection of food catering to various diets. Pools are saltwater with some fun activities, yet many loungers are broken. The all-inclusive drinks stop too early and are mostly local brands. Ideal for families but not quite 4-star luxury.

The staff here r so friendly, especially maria at reception who spoke good french. The food was hot and there was tons of variety, even for picky eaters. We loved the saltwater pools and they...  

The location of this place was excellent, right next to a restaurant serving delicious food, a local beach only a short walk away, and necessary amenities nearby.

The accommodation at Mediterraneo Hotel is fabulous and comfortable, set in a lovely location very close to the beach. the hotel offers outstanding and delicious meals. the service provided during our stay was very good....
